FYI Maddy wasn't taking about scaling at all. He simply meant that the dc of his slash can only be compared to that of TBB (bijuu power), it had nothing to do with scaling

IMO PS > TBB cuz its a cutting shockwave rather than an unfocused explosion(more focused attack), but Thats just my opinion.

Naruto can’t hold it with one hand, since he needed 3 hands to hold the Rassengan alone. Only Sasuke is holding it and Naruto’s hand departures.

XD you keep showing the sam scans like it is proof that Sasuke is holding it. He is not. They both are. naruto creates Rasenshuriken, Sasuke creates an Enton and focuses it in his hand. Both techs are combined together to create the EntonRasenshuriken. They both are holding it together at is 50% Naruto's (Rasenshuriken) and 50% Sasuke's (Enton) Why is this so hard for you to accept?

No one is taking anything away from your beloved Sasuke. They did this together...EQUALLY!...From begining to end. No one was greater than the other in this particular attack. Just accept this. This is how Kishi intended it to go.

It's in Sasuke's hand, his fingers are covering it. Naruto's hand is with some centimeters off.

They contributed equally to the attack's creation, but for the same contribution Naruto needed 3 hands while Sasuke only 1.

The face that Naruto needed to apply more strength to be able to keep up with Sasuke is further proven by him not being able to hold the technique.

If PS is even to a tail beast how common was PS among the clan if it was say one tenth of the clan and there are one hundred members then there are ten PS. if there are a thousand clan members then that's one hundred PS. It does not go like this. Let’s say that one runs and hits a chicken. The guy falls and hit’s his head, thus dying. It does not mean that the chicken > the guy. Things just unfolded in a specific way and led to something.

A direct comparison to the Juubi was not needed. He compared the strength with the Bijuu.
