The difference in power is clear though. Hiruzen's reaction times alone leave something to be desired, they wouldn't have had a chance against full power Tobirama with FTG and his pin sharp reactions. Either one at full power would stomp Feats Hiruzen.

And in shippuden danzo even stated when he was dying by the hands of sasuke he said just before his death that he was still behind hiruzen and that hiruzens skill performing any jutsu is unsurpassed...that means whatever jutsu hiruzen does is of the highest caliber and that nobody can do any better

He moves well considering his age and his Katon is fair but seeing as how 10% Tobirama casually formed the seals for his Suiton whilst standing right in it, it makes me question it's strength.

I know they're zombified Edos but even so, not a single bit of debris broke away.

Is there any legit proof for this number or is it fanfiction?

he was old but so was ohnoki taking on 90% madara. Hiruzen isn't weak, that wasn't my point. But his feats are < hype. Did we have seen something "god like" during the fight with juubito? no we didn't. Instead of he was one shotted.

It's a matter of power scaling from Part 1 and Part 2. Plus Hiruzen's Katon whould have been a lot stronger if he had the same Chakra reserves he had like when he was younger. This is a Hiruzen who was less than 10% using willpower to win.
