Everything I can tell u is that chakra control =/= stamina/chakra level and Sasuke is not using shape manipulation on Enton where as Naruto needs to apply shape manipulation on both his element as well as chakra while releasing the chakra.

It's called perspective. Put two fingers on a small object. Pull those two fingers back about 6 inches or so, then look at what you're doing from behind your hand. Both fingers line up with that object. Now move your head a little to the side so that you're looking at it from an angle. ONLY ONE FINGER LINES UP SO IT MUST BE THAT THAT ONE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT'S IN FRONT OF THAT OBJECT LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL.

They combined the attacks okay but in this you see naruto is holding rasenshuriken from the middle and sasuke is powering up the flames of amatharasu combining it with naruto's wind release .
