The things is: hidan can keep up with fast guys like asuma or kakashi(back then). So, SM hidan would have his speed boosted, getting even faster than that. He will be easily able to keep up and maybe outspeed tsunade.
And if he blocks with his sickle and it bleeds her, she's done. He just has to do the ritual and stab his own heart and brain.

What's stopping Tsunade from ripping Hidan's arms and head off? She easily broke V3 susano'o swords. Are you suggesting Hidan is more durable than a V3 susano'o blade?

SM Hidan would still be a one trick pony. Senjutsu's major boost is when it comes to ninjutsu, whereas Hidan is all about taijutsu. He'd most likely be low-mid kage level at most unless he learns some new tricks and techniques.

invulnerable while her seal is up XD was that the reason she go stabbed multiple times by susanoo blade and bleeding? which hidan only needs a drop of her blood then after that she takes all the damage.

Did you miss the part none of those attacks hurt her and she kept going? Invulnerable.

And she's going to just sit there and watch him draw his symbol? Right. Tsunade attacks relentlessly, Hidan never gets a chance to even begin his ritual. Tsunade drop kicks him, and he's reduced to a talking pile of bones and mush.

And I haven't even touched on Katsuyu yet. Educate yourself.
