Anyone else realize how OP this guy is? Not only is he top twenty to thirty fictional characters, but the dude could always grow more powerful if the opponent has minimal intel. His frieza dna allows him to survive intense damage and breathe in space.

Piccolo lets him regenerate, further agumented to the point where it he could regenerate from a single cell. In a fight against Cell, even if you're stronger than him by x 20. A few rounds of killing him and his saiyan dna will naturally make him stronger.

How strong? Goku went from around Ginyu's level to Final Form Frieza's [30%] level who was beyond a power level of a million. Multiple times greater.

So that kind of boost each and every death, Cell could take out any fighter in a 1vs1 because he can always regenerate and become stronger as his foe weakness. Cell truly is perfect

Listen though: any form of buu is more OP. Buu can absorb people too. Buu can live through LITERALLY every type of damage (much more than cell) and can regenerate faster. Also he can take anyones powers

In that sense yes he's very strong but super sayian gohan beat him at his weakened state he was still stronger than a cell that came back at full power plus when he self destructed. Just goes too show yoy that siayans are stronger. Or the strongest. And Kidd buu or any buu for that sense can kill perfect cell
