I was attempting to draw Hermione. It basically failed but I decided to post it because her hair is the best I've ever done (which isn't saying much)

Once you realize that you don't need to draw lines to make shapes you will do a lot better. Good work though!

as a stand alone picture of a girl its fairly good but as a picture of hermione it failed, but keep trying and hopefully you should get the hang of it

You definitely have something as an artist, my tip to you is to practice anatomy. And another thing, hair is probably one of the most difficult things to draw, so practice, practice, practice,... You will improve greatly, i look forward to your next drawings.
