I don't really agree with your ranks. Your top few tiers are pretty wide - too wide, to be honest with you.

For example, your S+ rank includes people like Itachi and Kakashi, which are probably the strongest on that list, yet also includes people like Tsunade, Kakuzu, and even Hidan. That S+ tier can be broken into at least three smaller tiers. Your T-tier is also pretty odd.

Itachi: sickness
Kakashi: Poor chakra reserve
Tsuande: Strength
Kakuzu: elemental+5 hearts
Hidan: near Immortlity

I appreciate you stating widely known facts, but those are not weighted evenly nor do they take into account the numerous other strengths and weaknesses each character has. You're a severe statistical outlier if you believe Hidan and Itachi to be on the same level.

Except you are being extremely selective of which feats you listed. It is nonsensical to say two characters on the same level because one "is sick" and the other is "nearly immortal." You neglect their other powers, pros, and cons.

Hell, you can put Sakura and Itachi on the same level based on your spectacular reasoning because Sakura has physical "strength" and Itachi has "sickness."

I progressed this though a 2 way scan meaning by how they fight
Hidan has a higher chance of touching itachi
Itachi if he even spits up blood similar to with sasuke he gets killed

There are a lot of people who could kill itachi so don't like it then make your own list and see how people who likes it or don't

And you're accusing me to have failed to do my research?

Itachi is proficient in all ninja skills. He has a 5 in speed, and combined with Sharingan precognition, a 4.5 in Taijutsu, and top tier weapons skills, the guy is a serious threat in CQC. He has displayed Katon and Suiton affinities, not to mention several types of Bunshin variants [exploding and crows]. His Mangekyo gives him Amaterasu, a close to undodgeable technique for most of the verse, not to mention a top tier Genjutsu and a highly durable ethereal warrior.

Which are vastly outweighed by all of his other strengths. Not to mention that lack of physical strength is not really a factor when most ninja fight with kunai anyway.

Hidan is more effective in Taijutsu? Hidan has a 4.5 in Taijutsu, just like Itachi. He is significantly slower than Itachi and lacks the Sharingan's precognitive abilities. Can't understand how you say Hidan has good Taijutsu while Itachi does not.

Near immortality is useless if you are incapacitated. He does not have regenerative abilities like Tsunade or Kimimaro. So yeah, he might survive if you chop his head off, but he won't be able to do anything. He is still alive right now. What good is his immortality doing him right now decapitated at the bottom of a pit?

Because Itachi will stand there for five minutes, giving Hidan ample time to draw a circle on the ground and initiate a ritual, correct? Hidan's tactics are only viable when he has a partner to buy him the necessary time to prepare. It is impossible for him to realistically succeed in a 1 vs. 1 scenario.
