I seriously don't get WHY you won't even find this match debatable. Minato is not a God.

Tsunade is on power levels of most people who are compared to her, she's either on or higher than minatos level of power on the scales. It's just most of her skills are passive, and we don't see her fight enough to have more feats from her.

You are being easily swayed now a days cat, and swayed to the side that obviously gets threaded. She could have the best reflexes in NV She herself doesn't need to be tagged. If she goes to places where he has previously tagged he then own that terrain. He cleverly managed to tag Bee Tsuande is no different.
