In Scandal's defense it's an ABC show first and foremost. The only reason it airs on BET is because the main character is Black. I do agree that most other BET shows are garbage.

I loved Breaking Bad.
Scandal bored me pretty quickly. Watched it for about 20 mins, then had to stop watching.
Where as Breaking Bad got me hooked from the first episode.

Breaking Bad takes this easily.
