sasuke doesnt stand a chance against madara if naruto had not. jumped in madara would hav sasukes eyes by now i believe sasuke is important to the end of the arc but if he was to beat madara where the hell would he get the power? now naruto on the other hand just needs the raccoons chakra then he will. hav all the bijuus chakra (also the other half of kurama from minato) and he will be at the sages level for atleast the moment

Actually Sasuke didn't get pwned unlike SM Naruto who got pwned like a worm against that same Madara and BM Naruto got pwned by one eyed Madara despite having the support of all the Bijuu.

I would like to point out that Sasuke is the deuteragonist, and there is no story where the deuteragonist is at the center stage of the battle against the main villain, at least in any Shounen manga or action story I have read.

Sasuke will probably have some importance in this battle, but I doubt he will be the center of Madara's destruction.

This war is more about the Shinobi Alliance rise anyway, I think that it will be the Alliance and Obito who will have vital roles, don't forget that we have yet to see Obito's redemption.

Do you think Sasuke will take centre stage in the defeat of Madara? Mirroring how Naruto took centre stage this whole war against the Juubi and TnJ Obito? It's only fair that the deuteragonist get his dues in the biggest arc of the series.

It's kinda fitting this way. If anybody should of been the main player against Obito, it's Naruto. They're like opposites. He's the reason his life was so shitty. However, if anybody should be the main player against Madara besides Hashi, it's Sasuke.

They have more stuff in common and yet at the same time they're ultimately different: Someone who came back from the curse of hatred VS The Epitome of Hatred. Uchiha vs Uchiha.

Obviously he won't do it alone but I think he'll be the main guy. Naruto's done enough in this war. Agree? Disagree?

The show is called Naruto, if someone is taking Madara down it's him.

OT already explained the connection between Sasuke and Madara and why he should be the main player against Madara.

1. Sasuke and Naruto are next in the cycle.

2. In Naruto its not enough to defeat major enemies you have to thoroughly disprove their ideology. Naruto can't do that. Sasuke was in the same position as Madara. He chose to take on the cycle of hatred that so many Uchiha have conformed to not just for himself, but for the whole Uchiha clan. For Sasuke to chose to swallow his hatred and go against the path that Madara and the Uchiha have traveled so long there has to be a reason. Naruto can understand Obito and Sasuke will understand Madara. Even Orochi stated Sasuke has found a different path.

There will be no TNJ XD!!!

This is the same logic that led people to believe that Sasuke would:

- Take years to surpass Itachi
- Never gain a legged Susanoo because it's exclusive to Madara
- Not achieve a Perfect Susanoo until after a time skip
- Sit out the rest of the war (people actually said this)

Applying standard ''logic'' to Sasuke doesn't usually work out. If Kishimoto wants Sasuke to surpass Madara, then he'll do just that. Many will say that the Madara that he'll surpass [Orochimaru's statement] is EMS Madara without failing to notice that Madara's Rinnegan was researched by Orochimaru; Sasuke will surpass Rinnegan Madara.
