Tobirama needs better Suiton feats or something else so he can counter Obito's Juubi Sized Katon, cause his Suiton from Part 1 and his Suidanhana isn't going to cut it here.

Not to mention Kamui is problematic since his Hiraishin isn't like Minato's....no Kunai.

I agree that Tobirama hasn't got the feats to deal with it as stands, he can circumvent that if his Kage Bushin employ the technique. Similar to what the hidden Mist Shinobi did to Madara's Katon - which is the same size.

Tobirama's versatility comes from his Kage Bushin, as they are his clones there's no reason he can't teleport to them.

Plus there's always the Suiton FTG fan-fiction...rite?

] and replicate what the Shinobi did, considering each one splits your chakra in half. Even if he can, he can only counter something the size of Madara's Katon used on the Shinobi in Ch. 560, not one many many times larger that even neared the size of the Juubi.

Where he can teleport to the water on the ground since its made of his chakra? Possible. Though that gives him away to evade Obito, for a while, it doesn't let him finish Obito off.

You're right, though the reason Madara's Jutsu is bigger in that scan than before is due to the fact that the Katon has spread out over a wider area. From then it becomes more a waste than anything. There's no need for Obito to use that Jutsu unless it's to take out numerous targets. I suppose you could say that he would use it against Kage Bushin but then, like I said, too much of the Jutsu won't actually go to Tobirama, it'll just go around him.

Similarly, if Tobirama grouped several clones together (for the sake of argument assume Tobirama can't defend himself.) and they all enacted, say, Suiton Suijinheki within the same vicinity, then it should be enough to counter any fire that comes in their immediate vicinity. [

Now, concerning the disbelief over the Kage Bushin not being able to mimick the feat if the Shinobi: By our logic it shouldn't be possible, but It's actually not that unbelievable as Kakashi himself was even capable of creating numerous Kage Bushin at an early stage in Naruto when he was virtually out of Chakra. I never said it did. By all means it should be possible, but unless it is addressed in the manga it is fanfiction.
Even then Tobirama has his clones, the battlefield and his sword (Can be implemented like the Kunai from Minato, albeit to a lesser extent.).

smh, you don't need Hiraishin to counter large scale Katon, you simply need to move backwards. Anyone remember Kakashi, Shikamaru and co vs Kakuzu, they simply moved back to dodge Kakuzus large scale katons/attacks

Actually I think that Tobirama can take this now.

Tobirama most likely possesses more chakra than Obito.. so he should be able to perform Water Techs he did in part 1 on a higher scale.

Plus, we have already seen Obito is lower than Kakashi's level in close combat.


It really depends on how the scenario goes. But majority of the times Tobirama takes this.

I appreciate that I can actually sway you. I don't really like Versus debates involving Tobirama that much, I'd much rather we wait until he gets feats.
