Well doesn't it?. Ever since you have 16 or 17 year olds (not sure of their age) able to 'solo' 5 kages, you know the power scaling simply sucks. If there is any kind of common sense when deciding the power scaling in Naruto, Naruto shouldn't be able to control all of Kurama's power, neither should Sasuke be able to use 2 legged Susano'o let alone PS.
You have these people who are actually Kages and they are no where near the level of fxcking 17 year old kids, it's pretty annoying, you have Naruto who can fight for what is looking like eternity, and you have Sasuke who can 'one shot' most people who have been ninjas all their damn lives, and I'm not talking about just average ninjas, I'm talking about leaders of villages.
Naruto and Sasuke are so far above their pairs it's not even funny, when actually at their age they should be nowhere near top 15. LOL Sasuke can even beat most perfect Jinchuurikis apart from Naruto. You have for example Tobirama, who spends most of his lives actually creating OP justus and he's still not on the level of these KIDS..LOL, then you also have Minato (alive) who improved on an already haxxed justu, and creating variants, this guy actually took on a Kamui user and the 9 tails, and he still gets beat by Naruto and Sasuke, it makes ZERO sense. Not even Hiruzen the so called ''god of shinobi'', someone who actually was Hokage for most his life is on the level of these kids.
And worse is these are the characters that get the most attention and fan base. Anyway Kishi really messed up on his power scaling and I hope Naruto never gets the Kyuubi back, now he can become like the sage of six paths when he's older, I have no qualms with that. And I hope Sasuke somehow loses all the abilities that make him so haxxed at least until they're both older and their last fight (when they're much OLDER)
