Current Tsunade can defeat Kimmimaro mostly because of her very strong punches and her regenerating abilities. To be exact, Tsunade takes this low difficulty.

EDIT: Sick Kimmimaro? Since he probably can't even see clearly and cannot track down her movements it's pretty much like Tsunade stomps.
