Why do people think that everything must be foreshadowed?

Not everything has to be foreshadowed IMO but it's nice to know that there can be some reference to something back in the earlier days of the manga as explanation to why something is happening now. It's all about the person and their feelings toward the need for it.

as for the Madara part, so you are saying that i can't call out BS when i see it ............................... just as Kishi is free to do what ever he wants in his story without making sense, i'm also free to call out the BS when i see it U_U
