Why do people think that everything must be foreshadowed?

I thought about something today. Whenever something that we didn't know about happens in the manga (mainly new jutsus) it is called PNJ. Take Izanami for example. People call PNJ and get mad over that. It's ridiculous! They get mad just because it came out of nowhere. So what? When did Kishi ever say "I am done developing the sharingan. There will be no more new techniques or development for it."?
Fans get mad and call PNJ for anything that they can not predict or see coming! My question for you is this: Since when was a law of literature passed that said that writers have to foreshadow every little thing and that the fans have to be able to see every little thing coming?

People also got mad about Madara's revival and eyeless susanoo. To this I ask: So what? So what if you didn't see this coming? It's not your story! It's Kishi's. Everything is not supposed to go how you plan it to go! Even if we never get an explanation for eyeless susanoo, that just says that under some circumstances Uchihas can use some MS jutsus without eyes. So what? I don't see why you people get mad at it. Kishi only ever said that those who awaken double mangekyou can get susanoo. He didn't say they had to keep the eyes in their heads. That was just our arbitrary assumption!

People need to stop going by their own assumptions of what is "logical" for this manga and stop acting like the manga revolves around them and what they want and expect.

Kishi foreshadowed Naruto's extraction (that or was it just me?)

Foreshadowed Naruto's failure so you can infer he wasn't and isn't going to complete his goals
Sasuke was foreshadowed to complete his.

Etc...goes on and on...the good stuff anyways.

Izanami was just weird because it had a major impact in the story, but it will probably never be seen again. Most other major jutsu were foreshadowed or hinted at in some way before they were actually shown, that's just how things should be imo.

It was stated many times that being the Jubi's jinchuriki gives you insane power plus the Jubi is the source of all chakra, so it makes sense that it would give someone the ability to create a jutsu that uses multiple chakra natures.

Most of the books foreshadows a lot of stuff that's going to happen, manga/light novels/movies and many more.
