What is cool about Sasuke?

People say Sasuke is cool. My question: How? He is powerful and he doesn't use tnj. I will give him that. Other than that however, I don't see any "cool" traits in him. I don't know about you guys, but I judge people by their personalities. Sasuke is rude to people and bitter at the world. That is basically the description of his personality. What makes him cool?

Shikamaru is cool. He is a smart guy who is nice to people. He even had Naruto's back when the villagers shunned Naruto.
Lee is cool. He's a nice guy that strives to do his very best.

Deep character, independent attitude, unpredictable character, cool fights, and he is smart.
