No by activated both ms in each eye kakashi would die of charka exhuastion. This was explained in part 1. Kakashi is not of the uchiha clan he doesn't have the body of an uchiha were the eye can work best. Itachi explained this.

It hasnt improved enough too handle 2 eyes in ms form. It has improvedd enough for one eye since the fight with pain. But he would still die. Think about it both eyes stay in sharingan he'd have too cover both eyes so he would be using them. He'd be blind while he's not fighting. He doesn't have Hashirama DNA or the body of an uzumaki. Your wishful thinking. If kyuubi wasn't there to heal kakashi ans gai they would both be dead.

There are still too much secret about Kakashi's identity, Itachi said he body is suitable for sharingan, Obito said him and Kakashi are like oil and water, the same sentence as Uchiha and Senju.

If can't disable them it will drain him as hell, even a pure Uchiha coulnd't handle it when can't disable .
But if he got the abilitie to disable the sharingan he would largelly handle 2 eyes.
