Did Obito change voice actors?

He has a different voice actor than in kakashi gaiden. I don't know why.

English dubs are good in my opinion. Naruto English dub...well that needs improvement.

Lol no he's talking about obito with a mask compared to obito without a mask. Hes also saying that obito child voice actor changed from the original child voice actor from Gaiden. Not adult obito compared to child obito.

I just can't stand narutos voice, makes me cringe every time. Same with luffy in one piece English dubs
