Draco checks the medical equipment that happened to be in the area the officer pointed to. Draco sees a variety of knives, syringes, gauges, medicinal herbs that increase healing speeds, different types of goo used to heal different injuries. Overall Draco realized that the equipment here was brought over in case of a serious injuries not what you would expect from mere first responders whose only job was to make sure the innocent lives survived long enough to get treated. At that moment Draco realized something was off with one of the liquids in said on the label that it was made for burns wounds but the texture and color of the liquid was wrong.

Draco: Hm...
Random officer: Is something bothering you sir
Draco: Yeah I wonder what this liquid is doing here *point to the liquid in question*
Random officer: It heals burns so
Draco: The color on this one is dark red a normal burn healing goo is light blue that turns dark blue once the liquid finishes its job. On top of that all of the goo are thicker and almost not moving but this one is way to thin. See watch

Draco moves the liquid around however for some reason the cap was screwed on tightly enough and some of the liquid spilled onto the table. With in seconds a large hole appeared on the table revealing that the liquid was an acid

That whoever this individual is noticed him and isn't exactly friendly and 2.) that this individual is well-trained but isn't entirely accurate, both of which confused him, as such individuals shouldn't in such an abandoned area. However, such pontifications would have to wait, as this individual would probably aim to kill next... he creates his BERRI shield, covering his torso and most of his legs and looks ahead, noticing two cars located side to side about ten yards from the entrance of the building, surprisingly close. He then jumps, possibly fatuitously, dunking his head so the shield effectively covered it, and landed down with ease, a move that would have normally killed him. He rolls with his landing, successfully getting into cover behind the cars. He then looks up and notices the individual, as well as his BERRI... things might be worse then he originally thought...*

Howl stands up and trains his bow upon the other BERRI user. "you there, with the STRAAW variant. state your business or i will be forced to send an arrow through your skull."

Anyanica comes out the the under ground piping system into a heavy wooden forest she stands brushing off and active her BLAC BERRI as she walks into the forest

Draco: What part of it was out of place did you not understand. Someone placed it there and I have to heal the wound

Draco walks over to where the injured are now and first starts to check their injuries. Once he has all of their injuries checked he cleans their wounds and proceeds to stitching them up so they stop bleeding. Draco promptly pours some weird greenish liquid on the wounds that are too big for stitches and those wounds start to close up as well. Within 10 minutes half the injured were simply waiting for medic to show up and take them to the hospital.

Draco continues running but shifts his Berri to make sure that it was still firmly in his left pocket. Once Draco finished with that he takes his hand out of his pocket and continues running

*He stays crouched, but now looking at the individual. If the individual chose to kill him, he certainly could, considering he had the higher ground, and he seems to understand more about the BERRI than he did... supposebly there are more than one variant, and it's easy enough to verify, given that his own had a series of tubes surrounding his arm, while the individual's had a radar like tower that rotated. However, did he know of RAIN? Was he RAIN himself? Doubtful, as he would probably be dead by now if he was.*
