I know that Madara wanted to destroy the Leaf. But Madara could how planed much better than directly attacking Hashi. But then I came to the conclusion that every time Madara attacked the leaf he stole a little bit a Senju DNA. This actually makes sense because here

it seams that Madara already know at least some of the truth about the Sage of Six Paths and that Uchiha + Senju = rinnegan and if he took to much Hashi would Notice that something was up.

We don't know how much Senju DNA Madara got but he obviously got a lot to implant into himself and create the zetsu's. Madara most like stored this because he had enough Senju DNA sitting around for years to make zetsu. It also might be possible that Madara didn't know how to activate the rinneagn.

This could mean that he kept fighting Hashi to try to evolve his eyes. If Madara Didn't Know how to awaken the rinnegan it is logical to assume that he tried to evolve it like the sharingan through despair and stressful situations.

Your observation of Madara extracting Hashirama's DNA everytime time he attacked on Konoha is incorrect. It was in fact MangaPanda translated that. It would be better to see a VIZ of that panel. Their translation is accurate.

Furthermore for the Zetsu point. Madara was only shown to have Hashirama's face when he implants his DNA in his chest. He only took a small portion. Gedo Mazo was however, used as tool to cultivate Hashirama's DNA to much larger portion and strengthen its power. Gedo Mazo has a large supply of life force which works well with Hashirama's genetics as the latter is Senju inherited with Youton\Yang from Rikudou Sennin. Zetsu were created later from Madara's Yin Yang Ninjutsu through Gedo Mazo through Hashirama's clone.
