1- Obviously kishi doesn't have a boss. he may have people who are just as high as him but as for someone telling im what to do, he is at the top.

2- Unless you speak Chinese, good luck communicating with him.

3- If kishi accepted bribes, then this show wouldn't be his own creation anymore.

4- Although I agree that the manga is going downhill, I doubt one little person on naruto base could pay him enough to make him change is mind. He already has things set in place so you're crazy if you think you can change kishis mind with 5 bucks that you got from your mom.
