Nothing personal against ppl who hate this jutsu but with Madara being a villain and all, Its only fair for Nardo to at least attempt a solid TnJ...even if the cost is a week or two of chapters.

- All the main villains or "antagonist"(for the ****) got one.

- TnJ is undefeated. Its needs a opponent to test its limits. Can't think of none better than Madara.

- If he doesn't, then Nardo isn't being fair here cause we all know he'll try to TnJ Salsa before this manga is done.

- ~Madara wants peace too~

Nardo TNJing Sasuke makes more sense, than him TNJing Madara, because Sasuke was always portrayed as the guy, whose hatred will be countered by Naruto. Madara was never portrayed that way.
Why Manga demands TNJ btw?
There are many other ways to defeat Madara, rather than TNJ.
