What Does Powerful Chakra Mean?

Obito once stated that he (referring to Madara) was born with an especially strong chakra. I mean that is the only time we hear about strong chakra, we know that one can have a lot of chakra, learn to use it efficiently but what does strong chakra mean?

Does it make his techniques more powerful than usual or perharps enable him to live a long life or his yin-yang balance is better than avarage?

Higher efficiency performing Jutsu's
Technique is stronger
Uses less chakra to execute a technique

In a nutshell, I would say it's basically being able to take full advantage of Chakra rather than someone with a weak level of chakra.

Powerful Chakra means having a very physically strong Chakra. The advantages are:

-Powerful strength of Jutsu.

Because now I think people think when you use a justu the chakra that is wasted is used in a justu you are using but in fact the chakra that is wasted is the one that is not used when you are executing a jutsu. Remember the example Ebisu sensei used on Naruto prior the chuunin exams.
