Yes. I and FT disscused this already. Kisame can drop a ton of water on the Gokage from Deidara's bird, which would force them underwater and then Deidara drops a bomb in there, which after detonating will create a shockwave that will kill the Gokage.

Also, Deidara's bombs are more powerful underwater.​

oonoki-raikage combo is enough to blitz and blow a hole in him, samehada is kicked away and not allowed to heal him, same with kisame-sasori, kisame-kakuzu with the other kages helping them

People just underestimate the gokage.

If kisame enters WD, A super jinton materializes his ass. Or they materialize his ass from the start. or gaara restrains his feet with sand and tsunade comes in with a super punch that's blast him in half. At that point he dies as soon as they take samehade.

Water Dome + Kakuzu's Masks chasing down all the opponents is a deadly combo, not to mention the Raiton underwater creates quite a paralyzing combo at the least.
