Care to explain how Tsunade even beat that dude without even knowing anything about his abilities?

Hidan is fast enough to keep up with p2 Kakashi so he can do the same against Tsunade,getting a single blood drop from her isn't a big deal for him.

Hidan isn't really even a factor here. One hit from Tsunade and he's unable to move. It's basically Tsunade vs Kakuzu which Tsunade takes high diff.

Could be Kakuzu and Hidan I diff too, tough. This could go either way high diff for both.

She is Shikamaru's superior, the Hokage, so obviously she read the reports about Hidan's abilites. Hidan is the one who has 0 info on Tsunade.

So what? Tsunade was fast enough to keep up with Orochimaru, she was fast enough to hit Madara. And even if Hidan gets the blood, he has nothing to kill Tsunade unless he cuts off his own head.
