Well you do bring up a good point. Because he was an edo he had unlimited chakra. But i still think the Kages would have lost to Madara. The only difference is Madara probably would have been near death after the battle. In my opinion it would be the same for Hashi. He would win but would be near death.

Lawl, not even close. Madara never tried to defend, because he knew he was edo. Hashirama wipes the floor with the kages.

Madara was untouchable the moment he activated his Perfect Susano'o, the Kages couldn't do anything against it. Madara just tends to get careless, the same how he has gotten careless after gaining Hashirama's healing capabilities:
