a susanoo composed of just an outer layer around bijuu mode will have significantly less volume than bijuu mode

if sasuke were to use the same amount of chakra to form a stand alone susanoo, it will be around the same size of bijuu mode, and the size of the arm can be adjusted lol

I believe he either floats inside or can stand on the ground if he wills it. But Sasuke can't, he's only been shown floating in it. Otherwise he would be sinking down to one of the feet on either side which would look really awkward.

Naruto has never been shown standing on the ground while inside a fully released Kurama avatar; nonetheless there is little reason to believe that he can't stand on the ground. The same is true for Sasuke.

All Susano'os have the same exact size, strength and hardness. Sasuke's PS is in no way different than Madara's PS except by color. We all know how much larger Madara's PS is compared to Kurama so yes, Sasuke's PS is that much larger than Kurama as well.

Umm really it is shown that it was bigger so stop saying the fox is the same size.
As for the Sasuke chakra monster it only covered half again half of the fox yang multiply it's size by two
Yin plus yang susanoo won't double in size so in the end it will be smaller. Still strong but lacking in size.
