Itachi didn't suffer from MS. He suffered from an unknown, un curable disease. Just like Kimimaro and Shin.

If it was from the MS, then Sasuke, Obito and Kakashi would have shown symptoms as well. MS doesn't make you cough up blood and die, you just lose your sight.

It's fun to say it's AIDS because people like to pick on Itachi wankers and his sexual orientation.

I never said it was aids haha, it was never said what disease it was but I also added Ramona Flowers post to also explain that some people just says aid to bug others like how other people call Sasuke sauce or saucgay or Naruto Narudo like they don't know how to spell.
