Both are definitely two of the greatest rappers of all time, but in terms of delivery & being on point with bringing many layers of messages in their music, 2Pac knocks EVERY rapper out of the ballpark.

He commands your attention on any song he's on, & he's the only rapper who I can say literally never made a bad song. I can listen to any 2Pac verse & enjoy it.

Eminem is great, there's no doubt about that, but I don't think he'll ever be better than 'Pac.

well i could put Naz on the all time greats list but not on the current but easy-e nor ice cube make the list, easy-e wasnt a lyrical genius, he wasnt metaphorically skilled he didnt even have a large vocabulary what he did have was voice to talk about black people problems, but thats just a small portion of what rap is...

ice cube was the best out of NWA but he cant make the list either he had hits tho...LL Cool J was colder than him back in his day and Kool Moe D but i aint even going that far back because times have changed and they arent relevant now to the current rap music listeners
