Only if saying some one knows Taijutsu means he/she is as good as Rock Lee .... What I meant is that Shunshin is a very basic jutsu (Like wearing leg weights to develop speed), but experts always hones and polishes the basics ....

Well shunshin (body flicker) isn't exactly teleportation , but you do appear to teleport because of the high speed so if someone's eyes don't follow you successfully the whole time through, then they might think you teleported .
on the flipside, when Minato uses FTG, (FTG = teleportation) those whose eyes don't follow his movements don't know its teleportation and think instead that it is just a very fast shunshin(body flicker) . This confusion and mistake is made when Minato uses it vs A & Bee and it also happens when he saves Kakashi from getting killed by a shinobi and Rin says his Shunshin is so impressive & fast. However Rin didn't know it was different from the body flicker I guess and didn't know it was an actual teleportation.

What are you talking about. Minato did use shunshin when he saved kakashi he marked the guy then used FTG.

XD what I mean is : The characters who hype Minato's shunshin ( you are referring to as body flicker) are talking about adult Minato when he is able to use FTG teleportation jutsu and is known as the Yellow Flash.

Since they called his FTG teleportation jutsu Shunshin, that means they may have never seen him perform a body flicker technique Lol and instead may have only seen him perform FTG so they don't know he actually leaves the earth plain and enters another dimension and appears back in the earth realm .

In other words: When someone sees Minato using FTG , they think he is using Body Flicker.


but to your question about how Minato becomes fastest with shunshin , maybe its a combonation of natural speed plus the amount of chakra used for the body flicker technique. Or maybe he doesn't use the body flicker technique at all in the story and infact only does use the FTG , but it is mistaken for a regular body flicker shunshin , but is instead an actual teleportation. make sense?

before that moment happened, Minato gave Kakashi a kunai with his FTG teleportation seal on it so he could teleport to it instantly. Later Rin called that shunshin , but it was infact a teleportation FTG jutsu.

nevermind : he did use shunshin body flicker to get to kakashi first xD
