I read a thread yesterday that said kakashi and obito could activate the rinnegan. And as expected a lot of people got on the thread being *******s because they think there so smart.
But honestly, it really wouldn't be that unbelievably. Kishi be doin anything sometimes. And when you think about it kakashi never should have been able to get ms in the first place 1. 2 I either missed or it was never said why they both use ms Tec all the time but have never began to go blind. I feel like maybe the eye transplant that was done when they were younger may be the sub for madara and his brother's when they both had ms. Could be that perhaps when the evolution came everyone just called it ms but it was actually ems which would explain the lack of blindness or strain on there bodies. And this is the first time in naruto history that something like what's happening between those 2 has ever happened so there would be no record of it or anyone who would no for sure. And then the shared vision they have? That's also something that has never been seen before, I don't care if they have linked jutsu linked vision is a rinnegan ONLY thing. Its the first time in naruto history something like that's happened and I'm sure a few months ago if someone said that was gonna happen everyone would have bashed that person too.
There have been waaaaay to many unexpected things happening in naruto for this theory to just be thrown out, there was no record that when obito's eyes evolved that kakashi's would yet it happened. I personally think we need to keep an open mind with this theory.
