Danzo was never officially the Hokage, & Sasuke had problems he needed to solve himself & that's exactly what he did. Konoha 11 thought it was best to forgive him but they had no choice anyways.
Danzo was Hokage elect, he wasn't inaugurated yet but people did know he was next since they were planning(about to start) for his face on the mountain when he got killed.
It is true no one cared about his death(did anyone even mourn for him?) not even Sai, so Sasuke could get away with that and helping in saving the world could make up for attacking Bee and the Gokage... Maybe

Going back to the documents Sai gave Orochimaru on the ANBU members, how do we know they were the real thing? Because Kabuto glanced at them and thought so? I don't think so. Those documents could have easily been forged to seem true, but leave out critical details or information.
As a further testament to Danzo and Orochimaru's very poor relationship, Orochimaru didn't even know Danzo was still alive.

So you are justifying what Danzo did? No sir.
1. It wasn't necessarily a liaison but once you are in contact with the enemy of a common goal, you are on the side of injustice and evil.
2. Danzo killed the frog, not to keep Kurama from akatsuki, but to further the destruction of the village in order for him to reign from the rubbles of its foundation.
