i believe that madara may have set up the events that led to the demise of senju and uzimaki
mabey even made the 1st hokage break his alliance with eddie .

seeing how madara treated over village behind the back of harishima

its possible that one of madaras behind the scenes meeting could of been with eddie uzimaki??
madara then attacked the land of whirpools an thus started a war between them and the leaf
dissapearing when the 1st hokage an the senju turn up to interveen by then it was to late for
peace to many casualties from madaras onslaught.

on all out battle between the first and eddie

the 1st hokage natrually won the battle but lost many senju shinobi

later to find out madara had set up the whole thing...

Your theory lacks evidence.

Madara couldn't take on the Uzumaki clan single handedly. He also had no supporters, thus no fight support.

The Senju would also never instigate a battle between the Hidden Eddy.

And the Hidden eddy would share info with the Hidden Leaf, and come to the conclusion that it was madara's doing.

also, madara himself wouldn't be able to instigate a fight between the Leaf and Eddy, because they would consult Hashirama first, before taking action, to make sure this "threat" is legit.
