Considering Madara blitz'd SM Naruto and was on par with Hashirama's shunshin, whilst Minato outran Hashirama, it is save to assume Minato > Madara at shunshin.

If Minato is faster than Madara or in the same range as him speed wise, he'd outright blitz Naruto. Which is likely since Hashirama and Madara are on par when it comes to physical abilities, hence their CQC ending in ties forcing them to use Ninjutsu to break the stalemate, and Minato outran Hashirama.

Even if he isn't, he'd still beat Naruto, with relative ease considering Summoning Jutsu is restricted.

Either way, Minato's shunshin is much better than madara's obviously. His feats of crossing Konoha, Saving baby Naruto and Kushina, stopping kakashi from killing obito, and separating the Kunais around the Juubi are all better than any speed feats that madara has ever had!
