I would have to agree. Whilst Sasuke obviously has the capacity to use it, the only actual time we saw any indication of it was when he synced his chakra with Kurama's. Similarly Madara's Perfect Susano'o was enhanced when he merged with Kurama.

If Sasuke had PS he'd've squashed Madara when he had the chance.

lol what? He armored Susanoo onto Kurama just like Madara armored his onto Kurama. Where are you getting them being enhanced from? Cause that is just a baseless assumption tbh.

Sasuke has PS and he's already used it without anyone's help. Manga has made this clear.

Sasuke didn't just cover Kurama with it, Kishi even went by to make the note "Two Powers Mixing" Not to mention that Juugo had recently gave his Susanoo Senjutsu chakra from his curse mark.

Keep in mind that Sasuke armoring Naruto's BM with a "small" Susano'o is not evidence that he can only produce a smaller Susano'o.

Not to mention that Juugo had recently gave his Susanoo Senjutsu chakra from his curse mark.

Sasuke had to literally coat Kurama (Naruto) and was around it, as opposed to it fitting closer to size. Same with Madara [

]. Both times the larger Susano'o had to be fitted to the smaller Kurama. So with this definite evidence of Sasuke possessing Perfect Susano'o.... Ei is not much of a problem at all. His fighting style is negated by the massive construct and he, along with the rest of the Kages will be annihilated if they haven't already before this.
