Description: After performing the snake ? Seal of Confrontation and then by encasing their arm in rock, the user can deal a powerful hardened punch against an opponent while being protected from direct contact with their target. If necessary, the weight of the rock can be increased to further increase the punch's destructive power through the Earth Release: Added Weight Technique or the Earth Release: Super Added Weight Technique.

Okay the user will send doton chakra through his arm encasing it with pure rock. With it the opponent is able to block techniques as well as deliver hard punches. Great for short range battle and simple to use, its purpose is simple as well. It has two hand seals. Your speed on the arm though is slowed down due to the extra weight.
Perform the technique:
I now perform the snake and seal of confrontation and gather my doton chakra in my hands and encase my arm within a rock. This arm encased within a rock can be a excellent close combat technique. I then use it the crash beat my opponent as well as protect myself.

Creative uses/strengths:
An excellent powerful close combat technique.
Can be used in combos with taijutsu technique to increase the overall destructive power.
The weight of the rock can be increased to deliver hard punches.

Drawbacks/counters:
The user cannot perform other jutsus while their hand is hardened.
The speed of the arm will be slowed down due to the extra weight added to it.




(Doton: Ton'neru chika no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Tunneling Technique

Description: The user after performing the required hand seals Ram ? Dog ? Rat ? Bird is able to create a wide tunnel in the ground, this cannot travel through rock though or anything with a high density. The large tunnel that is created allows the user to transport others without detection.
Note: The initial entry of the technique is short range.

The user will perform 4 hand seals and create a hole on the ground which is a tunnel that can run long range. It can't though travel through high density rocks or material. So using it in mountain type terrains would be impossible. Using it on soil or a field is best. Now you can move through this tunnel but its not like hiding like a mole. You will not sense anything going on from above through a magnetic wave. You can though send the tunnel towards any area on the field. Its good to send clones or small summons through to set up a combo attack.
Perform the technique:
I now perform the Ram ? Dog ? Rat ? Bird seals and create a hole in the ground which forms a wide tunnel till the back of my opponent.I then send my clone through the tunnel so that the opponent cannot detect the clone. I then use the clone to sneak up behind the opponent and do a surprise attack.

Creative uses/strengths:
Can be used to secretly transfer any small summons and clone without detection.
Can be used for surprise attack.
Can be used in combo with fire attacks. the fire can be channeled through the tunnel and then it can by manipulated it come above the opponents position and damage him.

Drawbacks/counters:
Doesn't have damage points by itself.
If the opponent uses and ground breaking jutsu then the tunnel will be crashed .
If the opponent is aware of the tunnel then it will be very easy for him the dodge the path of the tunnel.

I should tell you taijutsu will always be faster the ninjutsu, why you may ask? Well its quite simple. If you go into close range and do 2 hand seals to encase your arm with earth to punch the opponent, compare that to a regular punch without hand seals and no chakra control. The difference in speed is tremendous. Always be weary of that.

The user will summon two normal sized earth walls in each flank of the opponent which come together not to crush but trap them restricting their movement, then you can send a finishing attack. Rather basic, the walls move at a fast pace, and the user needs to do one hand seal. The opponent can still however counter it even if they are caught it restricts only movement nothing more. Very simple but nice to use in combos.

A basic defense jutsu, the user will manipulate the debris on the ground to rise by a wave of the hand to create a dust wall. It is simple enough to protect the user from projectile techniques. If an opponent comes to close you can use it to force him back because if they get to close to the wall it has a type of property able to push someone back some meters. Lastly since its made of dust you can see through it. After summoning the dust screen it will remain for 3 turns before it fades away, it can block the vision from you and you're opponenet. This will be advantage because you can use a snick attack right after you summon the dust. Its a little larger then the opponent.

Drawbacks/counters:
Even if the opponent is trapped, he can still counter the incoming jutsu.
If the opponent evades the earth walls, then the jutsu will be rendered useless.

Creative uses/strengths:
The sand wall can be used to blockf from incoming projectile attacks.
It can also be used to protect form incoming taijutsu attacks.
The sand wall can also be used a medium to restrict the vision of the opponent thereby any sneak up attacks can be performed by it.

Drawbacks/counters:
It is just a sand wall and hence it will protect one from higher rank projectile attacks.
The wall can be easily destroyed by a C rank wind jutsu.

He then sends the rock to crash down upon the opponent. Its a very good jutsu to use for attacks above but you must keep control of the rock. The rock is moves at a normal pace and the performance of the jutsu is quick.

I now concentrate my doton chakra throught my body.I then gather that chakra to my mouth and then spit it out to form a large mud sphere.I then project the mud sphere towards the opponent,That mud sphere hardens as it moves and hits the opponent.

Creative uses/strengths:
Can be used in combo as a initial attack.
The projectile can be used in combo with a powerful wind jutsu to increase the speed and damage.
near by big rocks can be used as a projectile too.
The speed of the jutsu is very fast.

Drawbacks/counters:
Since it is a projectile attack, it will be some what easy for the opponent to dodge.
The rock can be stopped by a C rank earth wall itself.

The user claps their hands and unleashes two huge rocks from the ground on each side of the opponent that appears anywhere close to the opponent, it acts to try to attack the chin or any other area around them. The impact can cause the opponent to fly back in the air. As said before they are left vulnerable in the air, they rise quite quick and the opponent can sense the density happen in the ground before they officially rise so they can anticipate an attack. Difference is you can only use it up to mid-range the most.

The fragments will appear also around the opponent rising to hit them into the air with some serious force. They will be dealt damage as well as be vulnerable in the air. Simple and very fast jutsu after you stomp on the ground you can move on to your next attack.

(Doton: Moguragakure no Jutsu) – Earth Release: Hiding like a mole technique

Description: The user changes earth into fine sand by channeling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. While underground one can sense what is happening on the surface and use the information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. Once can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy cant reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth. While inside the earth, the user cannot make handseals and can only use Earth techniques below C-Rank. If he tries to do a higher ranked technique, he'll disrupt the Hiding like a mole technique and be left crushed.

I really find this technique to be very versatile technique to easily dodge the opponent's projectile attacks. Also, tracking the opponents from underground, thats aweosme. :)

The range of this technique is one which I like the most and also I find this jutsu to be very good for combos.

This technique is capable of causing quite a bit of damage to a large area. This technique is much more damaging if used in rocky mountainous areas, or inside a cave.

Okay after doing two hand seal and placing their hands on the ground the user will have the ground spiral in on itself, attempting to capture and crush the opponent. It can easily bury the opponent alive and the movement of the jutsu us actually quite fast. Its a great ground attack and great to use against a faster opponent on ground and since it spreads a long range its tough to evade. The user must keep their hands on the ground the duration the ground caves in. Its good to use with a partner or a clone.


( Doton: Dosekidake no Jutsu ) - Earth Release: Earth and Stone Bamboo Shoot Technique

The user will condense the soil and rock around the area in 4 directions around the opponent and summon 4 spears out of the ground which travel towards the center to come together all 4, now of course the opponent is meant to be in the middle and the spears act to try and pierce the opponent from all over the body. They appear in four directions around the opponent making it hard to evade, but you can still evade above or below. The spears act to try and cage the opponent in. After the spears come together you can begin to the next jutsu, if you want to execute it properly.

Description: The user creates their clone out of stone. Unlike other types of clones the rock clones don’t disappear after being defeated but rather crumble like rubble. These clones can also be used to create a clone of other people than themselves but do not take on the abilities of the copied person.

Okay the opponent will make an exact copy of themselves or another person who they have seen, made of rocks and earth chakra. It will look just like you though it will not have any abilities of yours or that opponent. Its very nice to use for deception and can be made fast. The most this clones/copies can do is move around but not fast.

The damage produce by the jutsu is considerably large.
This jutsu can also be used to trap the enemy.

Drawbacks/counters:
The opponent if aware of the technique, can easily counter it.
The user must place the hands on the ground until the jutsu is completed. therfore the user will be too open while performing the jutsu.

Since the spears come in all the direction the opponent will be forced to move upwards.As soon as the opponent moves upward, the user can execute the next jutsu as it will be very difficult to avoid a jutsu while in the mid air.

Drawbacks/counters:
Without using in a combo this jutsu can be pretty easily avoided.
If the opponent is in short range, the there is also many chances that the user will also get hit by their own jutsu.

Okay the opponent will make an exact copy of themselves or another person who they have seen, made of rocks and earth chakra. It will look just like you though it will not have any abilities of yours or that opponent. Its very nice to use for deception and can be made fast. The most this clones/copies can do is move around but not fast.
Perform the technique:
I now conc. my doton chakra and make a clone of myself from it. I then perform the kirigakure no jutsu to hide in the mist. as the opponent clears the mist I first send my clone to attack the opponent. As the opponent see the clone coming towards him, he mistakes it to be the original and attack it. While the opponent attacks the clone i Sneak up behind the opponent and finish him off.

Creative uses/strengths:
The jutsu is verty quick to perform as it requires no hand seal.
Can be used as a excellent jutsu in combo and to fool the opponet.

Drawbacks/counters:
Though this produces exact copies of the opponent, they only resemble in the sppearence of the person cloned and don't take any of their abilities.

I now gather my Doton chakra and place my hand on the ground. I then Surround my self and my clone with the earth taken from immediate vicinity and create a Dome of earth wall. I then create a small opening in my earth wall so that I can observe the opponents position and prepare for the next attack.

Creative uses/strengths:
It is a complete Defensive technique. For example if you create a shadow clone for your combo and the opponent tries to attack both you and the shadow clone, you can very well use this technique to defend yourself and the clone from the opponents attack. This can also be a very good defensive technique during tag team battles.

Drawbacks/counters:
Even the earth wall created is pretty strong compared to the previous walls, a normal C rank Raiton jutsu can easily break this wall. And also the opening created will give the user a only one side view. i.e the opponent can easily sneak up behind the user and break the wall giving the user a element of surprise.

The wall can also be used as a hiding mechanism for creating the shadow clones.Can be used as a excellent , quick action defence against the opponents projectile attack.

Drawbacks/counters:
The User is wide open to the other three sides which makes him more vulnerable. Once the wall is created the user will have no field of view on the side the wall is created giving the opponent an excellent chance to sneak past from the user's sight.

Now once again I gather my Doton chakra and Created Multiple Mud Balls and send One directly to his face and two aiming at his feet.The opponet tries to dodge the Mud shots and then but falls to the ground because of the mud sent to his feet.

Creative uses/strengths:
This is an excellent combo jutsu.This can be used as a Distraction and Preparation technique too.Thiis jutsu can be used in combo with Fire stream Techniques to turn the mud balls into Lava Balls which will be more disastrous to the opponent as the damage produced will be critical and pretty dificult to dodge.

Drawbacks/counters:
Since it is a projectile attack, a Basic B rank Earth wall can easily stop it from reaching the opponent. And one more main Disadvantage of this jutsu is that The more th mud shots, the less the damage produced by them.

They can ride it like a wave of water and send it to an opponent for a attack. They can even have it wrap around the opponents less trapping them. The user must concentrate on the waves the whole duration of the attack. Its great for attacks as well as set ups. It has a strong bind and push attack. Great flexibility as well with the jutsu as well.

After you perform the earth flow wave under the opponent, the user will do one hand seal and have a large rock of needle out of the river to impale the opponent from under, its hard to notice the spike about to come because of the mud under you, its best to stop this to happen all together right when the river appears first. Overall its a basic technique which can only work up to short.

Despite being damaged the wolves can reform which can keep the enemy occupied to allow the enemy make a getaway. (Can only create a maximum of 3 mud wolves)
Note: Takes one turn to set the trap up and wolves only last two turns

The user will place a scroll somewhere around the terrain with your chakra infused, after one turn the scroll will be released and summon wolves made of mud. The more scrolls you set the more wolves that come out, 3 is the maximum. When the wolves are released they will charge at the opponent with great speed, this wolves moves by your will, you tell them what to do, but during the duration you do you can't use another technique because you must remain focused on the wolfs. Lastly a great ability is any attack they take which is taijutsu,kenjutsu, or any low ranked attack the wolfs can reform. This is a great jutsu to set up attacks and combos to a great extent. The more wolfs you make the more chakra it will cost.

Drawbacks/counters:
While performing the jutsu the opponent has to concentrate on waves for the whole durating, meaning without and ally or a kage bunshin it will not be possible for quick combos.If it is used on a opponent at long range the oppoent has chances to easily dodge the attack.

There are more Drawback than advantages for this technique.Firstly the Range of the technqiue is short which makes the technique less likely to be used. and also this technique requires pre requesties like a earth floe river to be performed i.e this technique cannot be performed individually without the technique. since the technique requires two technique to be done one after the other, the execution time is pretty long which make the user very open to the opponent.

I now take out Three mud wolf summoning scroll and infuse them with my chakra. I now make three kage bunshins and place them at three differnet places . Now 3 wolf comes , each from each scroll comes from different direction and attacks the opponent.As the opponent tries to get rid of the wolf using his kenjutsu technqiue the wolfs gets formed again and attacks him.

Creative uses/strengths:
The wolfs are controlled by the user which makes the wolfs more powerful against the opponent. The wolfs can be reformed after and taijutsu or kenjutsu attacks which makes them even more powerful. And this jutsu can be used as a excellent trap jutsu in real time battles and can be used in combos to a great extent.

Drawbacks/counters:
There are a few and dangerous drawback for these techniques. The user while controlling the wolf cannot perform any other jutsu as he have to conc. entirely on the jutsu which makes him more vulnerable to opponent attacks. the reformed wolfs consume chakra. The wolf last only for two turns. the scroll need 1 turn to get activated, which means this jutsu take an overall two turns.

As the rock armour effectively increases the mass of the user the damage delt by the Taijutsu attacks are greatly increased. It can be set as a excellent armour as it can defend the user from any A rank ninjutsu attack and equal rank elemental attack except lightning.

Drawbacks/counters:
The main Drawback of this jutsu is that as it increases the overall mass of the user, the speed of the user is considerably decreased. which makes their attack speed slower. and not to mention the armour suck pretty fair amount of chakra to be maintained. Even though the armour is hard enough to protect the user from A rank Ninjutsu, A normal C rank Raiton jutsu can easily break it.

Very good combo jutsu, Can be used as a excellent jutsu to launch the opponent in the air therby leading to a powerful combo.since the time required for performing the jutsu is very very less..it makes this jutsu a very versatile one to perform.

Drawbacks/counters:
Before the rock rise one can feel the earth slightly begin to harden, If the opponent is aware of this he can predict the jutsu and can easily dodge it. the opponent can make use of the time for rock to appear from the ground to attack the user since he will be completly open during that time.

Description: The user does 2 handseals (Ram → Snake) and creates an opening within the sky, which drips down onto the opponent a large amount of sticky mud (in all similar to that of Swamp of the Underworld Technique), covering them. The mud is very heavy and thick as well as adhesive, making it impossible to move if caught and easily crushing an enemy underneath. It’s normally followed up by Lightning release: sixteen pillar bind to create a giant oven around the opponent and then using Fire release: Firing biscuit technique to ignite the oven, hardening the mud and immobilizing the enemy target.

The user will open up a portal from the sky and allow a very sticky mud drop down onto the opponent. It is very large and has a large quantity. When the opponent is covered it will be virtually impossible to move since the mud is sticky and restricts movement to a large extent. Its great to use with combos and can be used to distract a opponent allowing it to drip if its sunny outside, a shade will go over the opponent. You can use it as a distraction if the opponent notices to attack them. Also as said in the description you can use it in conjunction with the lightning and fire jutsu mentioned above.

Description: After doing the Snake handseal and slamming his hands on the ground, he user creates a portal above the target, high in the sky from which a giant, boar-shaped, earthen lid drops and falls on the target, trapping it underneath. The lid can be hollow or solid, depending on if the user wants to deal damage to the enemy or not. Because of its size, to safely used, the lid has to be created at least mid range from the user otherwise he will also be caught inside. The biggest lid can dwarf a boss summon like Nagato's Dog or Gamabunta.

Another attack from above, very quick to summon and quite large. Can cover a whole 5 meters radius. You can use it as a distraction if the opponent notices to attack them. You can make a combo to attack in all areas and sides of the opponent. It acts to trap the opponent, if trapped you can send a powerful underground or straight to the lid to destroy the lid as well as the opponent. Their are two ways you can summon the lids. One way is you make the lid hollow which won't crush the opponent but actually capture or trap an opponent, the other form is an exact opposite which you can make solid which will crush the opponent from above. Also never use this technique short range of yourself since you will get caught yourself.

An unique use is that after reverting to mud, it can hold the opponent in place as a binding technique. They can also use up to C rank earth techniques.

A clone made of mud of the user. This clones can move around and use basic body and sword attacks as well as only C-Rank doton. Since the clone is made of mud it can withstand attacks and reform, it depends on the attack sent of course. If its really powerful it might not reform back. This is great to always have a extra man on the field, you can use diversion, distractions, do combos you normally can't do. Also it can take hits for you, the clone acts on the will of the user.

Perform the technique:
I now perform the two hand seal Ram → Snake which opens up a portal in the skyallowing a very sticky mud drop onto the opponent. As the opponent is covered with it , it is impossible for him to move from it. I now use this as a movement restriction technique and the perform the Raiton: 4 pillar bind and completly paralyse the opponent.
(I didnt use the fire biscut as I havnt learned it.)

Creative uses/strengths:
This jutsu is an excellent jutsu used for combo.With combination with fire tech and lightning tech this can be a devaastating combo. This jutsu can also be used to engage multiple opponent at the same time. this jutsu can be used as a very good counter against summoning animals.(as seen in the pain arc).

Drawbacks/counters:
There are many drawbacks for this jutsu.while opening up the portal and dropping the mud the user is very open and very vulnerable to the opponents attack. And also since the earth mud comes from the top, the opponent can use a wind jutsu to quickly move out of the place or a B rank lightning to negate the mud.

I now gather my doton chakra and perform the snake hand seal.I then summon a giant lid about 5 meters in radius from the sky above directy above the opponent. the lid then crushes the opponent and severly damages him. then use a underground doton jutsu to finish the opponent off.

Creative uses/strengths:
As like the above technique, this can be used as a excellent jutsu for combo.The size of the lid is very large such that opponent will find it very difficult to dodge the technique.this jutsu is a excellent counter attack to deal with big boss summons.

Drawbacks/counters:
while making the giant lid fall, the user completly open therby the user is more vulnerable to the opponetns attack. The lid can be easily broken into pieces by a equal rank raiton jutsu.the enemy can go underground and easily dodge the earth lid.

Perform the technique:
I now concentrate my chakra and create a mud shadow clone of myself.the clone can use basic body and sword attacks and doton attacks upto C rank. now I make the clone to create the earth release mud ball, and then I use a fire stream tech to make the mud ball into lava balls. since I use a clone for the attack the time lag between the two attacks is nil.

Creative uses/strengths:
The clone when delt with a basic kenjutsu or taijutsu attack it has the ability to reform unlike the normal shadow clone.the clone can itself use basic taijutsu and kejutsu attack as well as C rank doton attack. because of these features the clone can be a very effective ally in the fiels for creating combos and distracting the opponent.

Drawbacks/counters:
There are many drawbacks.
the clone cannot withstand higher rank attacks. The clone can use only doton jutsu upto C rank only unlike the raiton clone which can use upto B rank jutsu.

Fur the mud, you don't need to always follow up with fire biscuit or 4 lightning pillar, it can be used with anything.

(Doton: Musaborudzuchi) – Earth Release: Devouring Earth

Description: The user performs the Ram → Horse → Tiger → Rabbit → Snake and slams their palm on the ground. Instantly, the ground to the sides of the opponent take the shape of huge jaws and attempt to crush and stab him between them. The size of the jaws can be adjusted to fit the size of the opponent or other uses.

One of my favorite techniques in earth. After performing the 5 hand seals and slamming your hands on the ground, the earth will begin to shake due to two very large sections of rock jaws that rise on each flank of the opponent, they rise quickly and will try to crush the opponent. Its a great jutsu to attack both flanks at once, and make it hard on the opponent, the shake of the ground might force the opponent to lose balance but not fall over. Right when you slam your hands you can move onto the next jutsu, so this jutsu has great combo abilities and is very powerful if used good enough.

Description: The user will first perform the snake hand seal and then cause the earth in the surrounding area to rise up and over a target and create a cavern, imprisoning the target. The user can leave an opening to allow attacks to go in to strike down the trapped adversaries, or close it up completely to prevent escape.

A trapping jutsu, the user will perform one hand seal and summon a cavern to trap the opponent in. If you want you can leave a small opening to allow attacks but that means the opponent can also attack, or you can leave it completely close to trap the opponent and suffocate due to lack of oxygen if they stay in long enough. Though even though they are trapped you can still use a very powerful technique yourself to both trap leaving no open spaces and attack. Its fast to perform and raises quickly off the ground.


(Doton: Arijigoku no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Antlion Technique

Description: The user performs the Ram hand seal and causes causes the ground and everything on and around it to be sucked in towards the middle of a large pit, much like the method an antlion uses to catch prey. Upon being dragged to the centre, the victim will then be sucked underground. There the victim, depending on how deep the user makes them sink, will be trapped and/or suffocated. The range of the pit is determined by how much chakra is put into the technique.

Another favorite, the user will do one hand seal and create a pit close to the opponents area. The pit begins to cave in on itself. Rapidly spinning around with great speed and sucking everything in, in the area. This is a great jutsu to for an opponent to lose balance, it moves so fast he will be unable to move in the area. I also consider this technique a "Last Resort". What I mean by that is if their is ever a time you are blinded or unable to see the opponent, by using this jutsu, since it covers a long and wide range it will most likely catch the opponent in. So use it wisely. Two major notes you must keep focus on the Antlion as well as make sure you make the pit mid/long range of yourself since you will be sucked in as well if you don't.
