He had to have since each village did have a tail or two. He just decided that the Nine Tails should stay with the Uzamakis.

yea he collected by subduing them with mokuton to suppress their chakra but by no means did he have them as his personal weapons and he...and most likely they were willing to chill with him after seeing he was a good hearted man and probably reminded them of the sage just like naruto does

I do believe that Edo Tensei do have unlimited chakra in the traditional sense though. The Shinju is an exception as it's an extension of Omnymoudon.
