Top 10 Sensors (my opinion)

1. Bsm Naruto has sage mage mode plus can sense negative feelings
2. Bm Minato has power to sense negative feelings
3. Sm Kabuto has sage mode plus snake powers (thanks for pointing this out AlphaE20)
4/5. Sm hashi has sage mode tied with j man
4/5. J man has sage mode tied with hasi
6. Karin we have seen how Sasuke always asked her to sense out
7/8. Tobirama he could sense enemies by touching ground etc
7/8. Madara blind fighting chackra color can sense clan
9. Mu can discern between chakra signatures of shinobi from different populations
10. Nagato was able to detect the exact location of the person controlling them despite that person erecting a barrier around themselves
Ok This is my top 10 tell me where to change and point out my mistakes.

jiraya and nagato not have sensor abilities.... hashirama is debatable. minato not showed negative emotion sensing too.

Then sm mode has been shown to sense country wide scales. I haven't seen (or can't remember) kabuto sensing in country wide scale with his sm mode but naruto has. Please show me scan by the way as I can be wrong I will try to find the scans to show you.

Nagato was able to sense naruto even though he had set up barriers all over him self (I will double check).

As far as sensing Karin possibly > Tobirama she can distinguish ppl by the feel of their chakra and thereby their personality. Tobirama can't do that

Kabuto was also able to sense all the goings on of the war from a cave and work with there as his control center.

Ahm sir this is my opinion and the audience who I am targeting to will know this. I asked other people to find my mistakes if they think there is one. If they find a mistake they obviously know the proof I was using is existent or not.

3-Tobirama: Can sense by touching ground, bloodline/lineage, large distances, and brain effects.
4-Madara: Can sense large distances, able to sense in coming attacks while blind, and able to sense bloodline.
4-Minato: Sensing ground and negative sensing.

Combination of negative sensing and sm sensing (he can sense diff battlefields in an instant) put bsm naruto @ number 1

Negative emotion is similar to evil Chakra and intent to kill. Karin has in fact shown she can sense how bright and evil through a Chakra. She can also tell if someone is lying. In terms of sensing, no one can compete with Karin.

As for Madara, it's your opinion, so you can put him anywhere you want.

Nagato pinpointed kabuto's position through a barrier meant to inhibit sensing,he sensed j-man the moment he entered amegukere. He has both traditional and contact type(rain tiger at will tech) sensing.

Naruto shouldnt be so high at all.

Kabuto sensed what was going on over the entir battlefield from a cave

karin is number 1 for sure

tobirama is a top sensor too

zetsu sensed naruto the moment he came out of the barrier countries away.

Katsuyu-was able to detect a latent layer of Kuruma Chakra, and she sensed all injured Shinobi
NAruto-only because he can sense emotions

Naruto is the best by far.
