Rate Naruto's IQ level

Rate Naruto's IQ level from 1-10 , 1 being dumb@ss and 10 being genius.

I would rate him 3.
Why I think so :

I am not sure but for me he is in rating 2-4 because it took him a while to realize madara is not edo anymore.
And he was rushing in with BM right after realizing that nothing works on juubito except senjutsu. Kyuubi also made fun of him by saying he beat all the hokage at being dumb.

He had his bright moments like when he came up with an escape plan at the time they were stuck in a barrier, at that time even shikamaru was blank even though his IQ is beyond genius(he was already genius during chunnin exams and he only improved from that point) but i think that is plot no jutsu.

it was bijuu who saying about edo madara , not naruto plus almost all smart genius make mistake too

if you compare current naruto with part one naruto in terms of outside of battle intelligence.... you can see very big improvement in this fields

I know . It's just that Naruto's been in a nonstop battle for 80+ chapters , so it's hard to judge his intelligence .

He has made a few mental mistakes in battle, namely making the same mistake twice against Edo Nagato. Also forgetting Juubito's weakness.

He's smart, but he's just below high tier at this point .

-Analysing
-Manipulation
-Warfare tactics
-Science and general
-Wisdom

Naruto' feat out the list is tactic. He used tactic on how to get Kakashi out of the water prison, distract 6 paths of pain, and how to get the Shinobi alliance from the TBB barrier. He has grown smarter and wiser, but his IQ pales in comparison to those like Madara, Tobirama and Orochimaru.

I would say 5 overall.
