[Question] Can I or can I not?

The signature permissions ay that I can't HTML, or have an image/gif for my sig, but I clearly have a gif for a sig. So, what's the problem? I want to make an HTML link to my Gif Shop in my sig, but appreatntly I can't. I trie removing the gif I hae in my sig now to make sure t just wasn't saying that I already have a gif, but it just stayed the same. Are the permissions correct, or are they bugging?
