Is Deidara high kage?

Here is my lay out:

Konan - low kage

Tsunade - low-mid kage

Deidara - mid kage

Kisame - mid-high kage

Mu - high kage


Take a vote, high or mid kage? He definitely isn't anything lower

Hes one of my favorites, but lest not overrate him, hes mid Kage level. Although its still quite impressive, considering that he was only 19 when he died. Onooki sure did lost a hell of an apprentice.

OT: I don't see academy student hokage because konan can fight deidara just kamikazes everytime he is backed into a corner which is everytime, minus the gaara fight .
