why do people think that if a ninja has sensory skills he can dodge amaterasu?

Because I don't get it, amaterasu is one of the most fastest and powerful ninjutsu in the show and you most have a certain speed to dodge or counter so I want to know how having a sensory ability gives you an advantage over a jutstoou like that

U need speed as well...like obito or ay...minato,tobirama and naruto(SM/KCM/BM/BSM) should be able to dodge it as well.

isn't that hard to sense when amaterasu is being ready to use

So the same can be said for a sensory type ninja. If their body can't physically react in time then they can't dodge the attack.
