It doesn't matter if x shinobi beats y shinobi, because it might be a bad match-up. If y shinobi beats more shinobi than x, than y shinobi is overall stronger. Tobirama and Minato were portrayed equals, so I put them as equals. Not BM Minato, but base, since KCM Minato was slightly stronger than Tobirama. Ei is to hot headed and would get caught in a trick by most of the kage's listed, or outmuscled. Hashirama decimates Minato with Flower tree world.

I hope you realize that Hashirama and Tobirama were not at full power, or anywhere close to it. I would guess they were at 5-10% power. BM Minato does not exist unless he is an edo, as the RDS kills him. So, BM Minato is actually Orochimaru's power. It is portrayed in the manga. Tobirama saves Minato sometimes, saves his son, helps Naruto against Rikudobito, etc. when Minato couldn't. His intellect [bar Orochimaru and Madara] and the time it takes him to make a decision and to act upon it, are second to none in the manga.
