What's the problem with tsunade surviving ??

I personally wanted to see her die reviving the other Kages. Not only would it develop Sakura's character, but it would also be realistic. As of now, the Kages aren't doing very much in the battle so it would have made more sense to leave them half-dead.

If Tsunade was gone, there would be a rush for someone to obtain the Hokage seat after the war, setting up an arc for Naruto to prove himself further against the other candidates. However it seems like she'll merely hand Naruto the title without competition.

But the thing is Sakura needs more development reason for Tsunade to be alive. Lawd Kakashi was suppose to be Hokage but is he don't want to become one. No such thing as Kage training in terms of Hiruzen feats of course Tobirama and Hashirama did Kage training on him.

yeah no arguments there. I blame Kishi for this. Sakura should have been developed all throughout the manga as Naruto and Sasuke have and not just at the beginning and end of Shippuden. Because of this, Tsunade death was side railed because Sakura isn't up to snuff yet. :vincent:

Tsunade surviving being split in half was the most absurd thing I've seen in Naruto . She should have been dead as soon as her torso was separated , but who am I to question Senju DNA ?

Madara was toying with them. And to Madara he had finished off the kages. As Tsunade said she can't be killed in battle, theres nothing more to it. Its not like he knew she'd still survive after being split apart.

was completely logical, but the greatest medical user, with uzumaki + Senju dna , being able to survive being split apart is absurd. (No one can please the fans).

Hell if anyone was to survive that the logical choice would've been Tsunade.

It's like Bleach where no matter how badly you get cut, blown up, battered, or sliced, You get Inoue or Unohana to heal you and you're good as new. No one is ever dead. and when any character can just be either revived from near death or brought back completely via Edo Tensei, how is the reader suppose to get a sense of actual danger? Everyone just comes back, even people who should have been long dead and buried.

There's no sense of real mortality.

No one dies so their is no real mortality here. If the threat of death is removed, how can you make a connection to a character who is suppose to be struggling through life and the world? We wouldn't care at all for Naruto or anyone else if they never died (cough, Bleach),

Killing her off before that is illogical, and something you fans should already understand before moaning about it (not saying that you are though.). However, in the show the "fodders" are equality important as someone like Darui and etc. Naruto was more saddened by the deaths of the fodders than Jiraiya's death. See the bigger impact?

Again. The amount of blood that came out of her. Way higher than the small splatter that came out of him. And her regeneration is based on chakra something katsuyu said she had little to none of and she wasn't healing herself but the kages. She should have died. But I really could care less. King? I think you are reading my posts out of context. The 1st one about Ohnoki....I was agreeing with you in a sarcastic way.

The second one. Someone already made that point (I think it was sky) and I agreed. If you look above at my previous post I made that very same point. I said something along the lines of "Tsunade's death was derailed because Sakura isn't up to snuff"

Yo keep taking peoples' comments like they are some how hating the entire manga because of a few minor gripes. Shonen Jump mangas do this all the time. Very few permanent deaths others are reveived by Dragon Balls, Power Magics, Resurrection Jutsus, etc.

Just because we don't agree to it, doesn't mean we dislike the entire piece. And just because something is liked by many, doesn't mean it can't have its share of flaws. It isn't about pleasing everyone. It's about pointing out the small inconsistencies and issues we have with certain ideas and "laws of nature" in these particular mangas.

It's just criticism. Every movie, Manga, book, story, tv show, etc gets it's fair share of it. Tell me. If they brought Jirayah back would you be okay with it?

If they brought Itachi back again, would you be okay with it? Characters who die should stay dead plain and simple. I was fine with the trade off naruto shippuden began with. Meaning, if someone wants to bring someone back, a life must be given in return (Nagato, Chiyo)
