Oh, well you said in the title Kyuubi Naruto, not Kyuubi Chakra Mode. It's a difference. Kyuubi Naruto can be interpreted as Bijuu Naruto. Well, after a long fight, I can still see Naruto winning. His speed out-does Gaara's sand speed. Taijutsu will do the trick.

Gaara is pure and isn't evil so Naruto's Km sensing is barely useful even so his KM sensing isn't SM level. He's constantly on sand he cannot escape neither can his boss summons that get crushed by large scale sand attacks.

The clone won't do jack shit what don't you understand about a flying opponent? Gaara starts off with a giant tsunami of sand, he's done this twice whenever he's in a desert, since there's no one else around he can go all out using large scale sand attacks like he did against Deidara. FRS isn't a fast moving attack Gaara can easily fly out of the way, If Naruto is stationary charging FRS his legs will get sand coffined. Naruto relies on clones and rasengan variants not shunshin that's why all your speed this and that posts are beyond irrelevant. Giant sand hands of Giant Shukaku hands as well as the giant sand defense blocks any form of FRS. All his boss summons get demolished and if Gaara wants to he can bury Naruto under layers of sand and suffocate him.

If that won't work, he'll use Substitution in case the real one gets trapped in sand. Then, he can charge a Fuuton Rasen-Shuriken towards Gaara from behind. His speed isn't faster than Gaara's sand shield indeed, but if Naruto uses a couple other chakra hands, he'll pull forcefully Gaara towards the Rasen-Shuriken.

In that environment, a sand tsunami can be easily dodged by hiding behind those vertical rocks. Also, Naruto can use a smoke bomb, create many clones, and let them attack Gaara, while the real one hides. If Gaara still manages to find the real one hidden, Naruto will still be able to dodge those sand hands that grab his feet, by simply jumping off in the same way Muu did in the second picture you posted.
