How does Madara know so much about Edo Tensei?

Madara knowing the seals, knows about how to defy the contract, knowing its true purpose, knowing the risk of the jutsu, knows what powers an edo person possesses, and the person who invented it is the person who he despises the most... How does Madara know so much about it? Tobirama would refuse to tell Madara anything about it. Cause that's the kind of guy he is. I couldn't see him explaining anything to him nor could I see them talking to each other. It amazed me from the start when in the manga he knew the jutsu inside and out. It's a a really famous jutsu that a lot know about. But since it's forbidden only people of the hidden leaf would find out about it?

Well I don't know. Because he didn't create zetsu until he awakened the rinnegan and that when be was very old. So hashirama and tobirama were already long.gone dead. So zetsu must of been tailing orochimaru. But with that being said. Madara would have known orochimaru n.kabuto and there experiments. Cuz they were the only.ones using Edo tensei. Or another option is mwdaras sharingan saw thru the jutsu and found a weakness not.even the creator knows about

one he knew why and seen edo tensei performed probly alot and already seen threw it... or over the years he gather information on it or tested it like orochimaru and kabuto did

They fought each other when they were like 11 years old.
