I mean, they did come and save the ninja world (Obito was going to kill the whole Army a.k.a most of the ninja in the world) and they all have epic tales of their life (excluding 2nd Hokage who is just as beast). The leaf was the first official Village as well. So, just saying, could they?

Nope, because of the exsistance of Daimyos. But we can also surmise that there may be someone above the rank of Daimyo, because they seem to follow japanese feudalism to an extent. That person would probably be 'the king'.

No. They are more like prime ministers within monarchy state.
True kings are feudal lords here.
Ofcourse not. Kings do not sacrifice themselves for the people, the people sacrifice themselves for the King
There are different opinions on what a kind is and what role he plays. But my personal perspective of a king's role is more like..."If the king does not lead, how can he expect his subordinates to follow"- Lelouch vi Britannia

You just agreed with what I said. Lulu gave the orders while the black knights did the real work.

There is far more to the king then to die in a battle. King is the leader of a nation. He can make it rise with his visions of tomorrow or make it fall sacrificing its riches for his own pleasures.

He mae the strategies and was always seen fighting the leaders. He always did leader vs leader. He even rode on top of the car facing atleast 5 Knightmares with no kind of back up stationed.

Only one who is considered "king" is Hashirama. Hence Tsunade got the name "princess". <<< Even the feudal lords are below that.

The Kages after have always been under the Feudal lords, so have to say no to them being kings. But prime minister yes.

They are, hence the name princess tsunade
Never heard them say Prince Asuma though ;x.
