Is there anyone who has a chance to have 40pts at databook?

I doubt. Unless kishi will give some people points for nothing like Hiruzen has 5pts in genjutsu but never really used any genjutsu.....
Obito probably will have his stats without Juubi powers and personally i wouldnt give Juubito 40pts cuz i doubt about his intelligense
Madara..... he hasnt show any genjutsu skills... again probably will get 5pts for nothing just cuz hes the GREAT Uchiha Madara....

Personally i think its only two candidates - future Naruto and Sasuke but can Naruto in the future magically learn the whole hand signs(1,5 now) or Sasuke become a stamina beast? I doubt.....

I can see Maddy and Hashi being between 37,5-39,5; they would be cut down about 0,5 in terms of stuff like taijutsu or genjutsu; maybe strength. Perfect 40 probably won't happen.

Madara's Genjutsu proficiency managed to catch the Fourth Raikage into Genjutsu. Not to mention that just being an EMS user already gives him the edge over pretty much every NV character. Giving him a 5 would not be illogical at all, and frankly, he's one of the few people I could actually see getting a full 40.

And Naruto will never get there. Not only is his intelligence lacking, but he also has no skill in Genjutsu.

People don't seem to be taking into account that Databook Stats are determined by a shinobi's skills in base form. His Biju and Sennin Modo won't be a factor here.

i agree if you mean booksmart... naruto showed his outside of battle intelligence several times plus naruto get knowledge from many peoples... and his bunshin experience give him minimum +1.5 point in intelligence.
naruto already have 2 in genjutsu stat, so fair give him minimum +1 in genjutsu.

I think Juubito could get a 40, Intelligence is probably like the only one that's debatable and Obito was up there.
