there is something i didn't get, how come that Danzou stole his eye, without him doing anything? And why didn't he fight danzou or try atleast protect himself?

Shisui was an honorable black ops member. Its probably not that Danzou attacked Shisui, and Shisui just didn't fight back, its probably that Shisui messed up and as punishment Danzou ordered to hand over one of his eyes.

OR Danzou just wanted one of the eyes and ordered Shisui to give him one. Either way, its unlikely the two engaged in battle, as again Shisui likely honored his orders.

I dunno if Danzou had x10 sharingan + senju DNA, nonetheless shisui had MS, and i imagine since his special MS ability is KA, he is a true master in genjutsu and other jutus's

No he said he was going to use KA on the leader of the uchiha inorder to stop the D'coup, but danzou stole his eye, which means he had it ready.

True it never stated that, but every uchiha who unlock MS, become godlike untill he loses his sight.

MS doesn't grant you invincibility, it's a technique like any other and his MS was a genjustu he could use once a decade. Like I said he probably sacrificed the eye to escape from Danzo.

Its nowhwere said that Shisui was Root to have the same seal like Sai! He was just ANBU like itachi!
Well if Danzo attacked him sneaky with Orochimary who was his right hand at the period and also with some skill Root members! And maybe Shisui like Hashi! he wouldnt expect such sneaky action from Danzo! or he was weakened by the use of KotoAmatsukami!
