Sasuke doesn't have PS yet. It's just a more fortified and legged susanoo

i just assumed full body was further development of the regular susanoo'o and perfect was after the stabilization and altered form and all. so i guess full body is considered incomplete perfect?

Obviously. Are people really trying to say he doesn't? Seems like Susanoo's final form is a stabilized full body form. I'm pretty sure In size and power, Madara's Susanoo is better (assuming that Susanoo is his specialty).
